What line broke

Checked underneath the hood the other day an noticed this line on top of the passenger front strut tower.

By the fuse box

Pretty sure that is for the vent controls

For the hvac control

So that's why I lost my ability to use the hvac controls after I put the new blower motor in. I just out a t fitting on it and taped the end shut. What happens exactly when it's cut

Put those pieces back together. You have a vacuum leak the way it is.

Alright will do, ill grab some rubber fittings n seal it back together. Sitting at idle my ltft is at 0.7
