What kind of oil?

I just bougth 00 gp gt about a month ago and the engine oil has been full until 2day is half. Now I need 2 put oil like this friday since I dont use the car alot.... Now my question is what kind of oil does it use? on the engine oil cap it show to put 10w-30 but in my previous car I was using 10w-40. So which oil is recommended? and also which engine oil is better? Pennzoil, gtx, peek, or which one?
 


More expensive oils tend to be better. Castrol seems to be a good balance of expensive and quality. Synthetic versus traditional is going to make the biggest difference.

Use 5w30 if it gets cold enough, 0 F IRRC, if not, oil cap so 10w30
 
Honestly

Any reg oil is gonna be good. As long as it has the star seal on it it is good.
All oils have the required detergent packs in it and most have more.

Syn oil tends to have the highest detergent in the oil.

I know from reading im gonna start running valvoline max life since i have a high mile car.
