what is the recommended spark plug for a 01 gtp

I was just wondering because i had put some platinum ngk spark plugs in my car 2 days ago and I kept reading on the forum about putting colder plugs in the cars will the platinum plug hurt my motor? It seems to be running find now but i dont wont any trouble should I change them? And if I change them what should the gap be set at
