I put a 32" Vizio, brand new in the box, in the trunk without laying the back seats down any. Fit like a glove! Its not large but I thought it was awesme that it fit that good.

LSx longblock, T56 trans & bellhousing, driveshaft, F-body tubular k-member, assembled Moser 9". That's just the big stuff, there was a lot of "little" stuff like clutch assembly, front a-arms, etc. This was all at once, when I was moving the parts for my 427 LS3 install from my house to a friend's garage.

On another occassion, I got two Corvette front seats (non-recline) and and two sets of wheels/tires to fit.

I have a GTP coupe.

ive had a thirdgen camaro door, fender, bumper cover, bumper suppourt, mirror, and tires. all in the back seats. driving from connecticut to long island new york and back.

Ive fit my 42" tv in... Nothing heavy.. oh wait 5 people.. but they were dead weight.. i mean living yes living

lets see I put 20 10x2x4s in there once was a real tight fit... Ive hauled a transmission in the trunk before and all kinds of stuff when I went to the Iowa meet I probablly had 300 pounds of stuff back there...

GT here, but I used to haul 800 lb. jet ski all over (4+ hour trips).
Hauled a dishwasher & washing machine from Ill. on a 9 ft. uhaul trailer.
Used it to move twice, sooo thats about 6 trips (30 miles each way) with a full 12 ft. trailer.
In other word alot....

Your poor tranny. :th_thumb-down:

if you have five adults and the trunk full thats got to be 1200 LBS easily
I find my car drives much nicer when its full like that.
