Not alot that I can add really excepte that Brian (Reptile) is stand up dood. He is local to me and has helped me out several times over the years. He does good work and the rep he has is the rep he's earned. I know Jay helps him out and they would convine if anything terrible happened and people would still get there stuff. I don't like nick though
 
I'm gonna buy you both a beer when we go out next. The thing is, you're either gonna have to share it, or fight over it.

While I really want to press this issue, I won't, because I know that you can look into your PM's and tell who sent it. I'm not gonna be mad, upset maybe, because I've worked for years to do the best work I possibly can. I've only had one complaint in 4 years and that was because the post office was too slow in delivering something that should have taken 3 days to get to, and it took over a week.

I had sold a hood that I bought off of craigs list over a year ago, and a dude picked it up from me...after driving 500 miles to get it home, he found that in no way it would fit the car, and it was a POS. I never got to put it on my car because I wanted to finish my new engine. What did I do? I refunded him the entire amount of money that he paid me. I coulda said tough, but I didn't...I'm not that kind of guy. I treat people the way they deserve to be treated while thinking of how I'd want to be treated in the same situation.

I'll straight up lay it out on the line here, I've got nothing to hide, and if I did, too many people know where I live. You won't find many people that do the work that Jay and I do for any less, and the quality and company is top notch.

Now the only thing that I can hope for, is to see everyone get their money back. For whatever reason I had faith in Parker in the beginning, but no matter what kind of things happen in life, this is completely inexcusable. There's absolutely no reason for this to get to this, and I feel embarrassed to even have to think about defending my name because of him. Hopefully something will have a good outcome here, but it's not looking good. And to those of you who think that I'm naive, you can kiss my ass. Looking on the bright side of things isn't a bad thing, and having hope that you guys get what you have coming to you, and he gets what he has coming to him is better than me sitting at my computer typing out what a bunch of crap someone is posting yadda yadda.

I'll say it again, TDC is in this on his own, and there are people whom have met the guy to know he exists, I've posted the link. To consider that a hand full of guys from KS and MO are in on it is an asinine assumption at the least. Keep yourself focused on the direction you want to go, and stay with it. Don't be pointing fingers at people who choose not to enter the conversation for the fact that they have no other logical explanation or any more information about correspondences.

Now I think I'm done here, I think I'll go down and start working on customer's orders so that they can get their blowers in a timely fashion. :)

I will say this though. If anyone decides to follow in Silver's footsteps and go off topic in this thread and defame and bad mouth other members of this fine community, please rest assure your actions will be dealt with accordingly. I gave Silver the warning a page ago to stop, obviously he didn't take my warning seriously. So I took matters into my own hands to insure he won't do it again.

Again my apologises to all that have been affected or wronged by his posts.
 
I wish everyone would have stayed focused on THE SUBJECT of MY thread....let's find this TDC guy and get justice of some sort; as I posted 33 posts ago, and was ignored, Paypal will do nothing for us since he "tried" to refund it...

Gary,

Everyone was staying focused until Silver came in here and threw a monkey wrench into the thread.

And to answer your question about being "ignored," answers were given to options outside of PayPal. Small Claims Court, filing a Police Report for Theft by deception and other possible charges to put against Parker.

So your question didnt go unanswered. :)
 
Thanks Geddy- I am more po'd at Paypal right now since they should be the ones to fight for us- but I guess that's not why they're in business...
