Also, I'm still working on things like chatbox, etc so hopefully those will be working in the next week or two.

What happened to TDC Racing???

lol he knew how it works allll along

and BTW, felony theft starts at 1500$

How much money does he still owe?

Oh I am sure he is well over that dollar figure to make it a felony. Even with the money some people have gotten back, the total amount is still pretty high I am sure!

I about fell out of my chair reading how some of you think Brain and Nick are involved in this now. I just want to say how dare you. Think before you type.

I know Brain and Nick on a personal friendship level, and in no way would that every think about pulling a stunt like this, or have any part of this what so ever. And people call names for the comments I make a lot of the time, but damn...seriously.

The comment that everyone and their mom did business with TDC is incorrect. I didn't know the guy, he didn't have anything I liked or could ever use, so there for I never purchased from him, or ever had a business dealing with him.

I did inquire some time ago a large purchase buy on his "new style" couplers but his deal he could give could not match what ZZP hooks me up on on my yearly purchase. From those PM's back and forth, I got the feeling he was trying to be a business man, but really sucked at negotiating. He was learning, there for I felt that he was too inexperienced to do business with so that's as far as that went between him and I.

Almost everyone always talked highly of him, and I personally respected him for bring all kinds of great affordable products to the community. I would love to quit my job, and do all that I do as a paying job, but I prefer to keep it as a hobby, and fun, and not turn it into a job, and a burden.

State to state can very maybe, but here in Kansas, I know if it reaches, and obviously exceeds $500.00, its falls under felony charges. Which is not a good thing, that's the next worst thing to have against you other than murder.

IP addresses are easily changed ,masked, ect. comcasts ip address change all the time, and if hes this far into scamming im sure he has those simple bases covered ie.useing wireless u can choose one but im no i.t. .....

Very true, but lets look at this from a different standpoint. If he was smart enough to change and or mask his ip with one of those methods stated wouldn't you think he would also take careful consideration not to use is actual last name or address either?

My refund didn't happen either.
That's $130 bucks I will never see again.
Noted you on my thread.

Not necessarily - it varies from state to state. Anywhere from $100 to $2500, unless you're in Indiana - then it's a Class D regardless of amount. ;)

The best anyone can hope for is a credit card, Paypal or bank dispute - outside of that, you have small claims court as an option, which could very well wind up costing you even more money in the end.

I don't use ebay or craigslist sooo...have any of you guys tried looking him up there to see if he is still trying to scam? I know ebay would be kinda stupid of him..but craiglist really dont have anything to back people up.

His eBay is still active although he has noting listed for sale, i actually checked the second i saw this thread.

Interesting fact eBay says hes from IL, although he did register 7 1/2 years ago so its a good possibility he moved.

Actually, "rep" is all that I have....so it's very important to me. I base everything that I have on here, and while it's something that I do on the side, I take it very seriously.

Well I do have to say blue, at least you didn't flip like half the people who said somethin. But honestly I heard most of it from another member who didn't have the balls to say it. I knew I'd take heat but it obviously wasn't you guys
