What happend over yonder at the IA meet

Saturday: Hopefully some of you can help me fill in the blanks because I don't remember much past bowling. I kind of feel like I was in the hangover.
When my leave the hotel adventure started, I was in the hotel drinking and chatting it up with some old lady who was trying to hook me up with her daughter.
I for whatever reason decided to leave there and based on some of the pics I have on my camera, I walked around town for a long time before finding a bar which turned out to be a gay bar where I continued drinking.
The rest of this is what I've been told happened: At some point Josh with the GXP came and saved my butthole from the gays. He took me back to the hotel bar where I chatted it up with the old lady some more and bought a bunch of tequila shots and left a hundred dollar bill on the bar when I left. I somehow made it upstairs where I tried to leave the room, but was not allowed to. Someone shoved me into my sleeping bag where I got woke up a few hours later for brunch which I was still wasted for.

And... I just found out I was calling every ones room saying "sucky sucky 5 dorra" looking for the track girls that were in town.

i was attempting to find your goofy ass so we could party some more, but you were MIA to the max. we looked everywhere.

or just the strip club, but that doesnt matter anymore.
 
Well, if Josh couldn't seal the deal, I sure as hell couldn't.

I'll try to get pics up tonight, photoshop's auto settings aren't being very nice to these pics.
 
yeah, i need to do some filtering of the ones i have before i upload them too. a lot of them turned out lighter than i wanted because of:

a) im stupid and didnt figure out how to turn off the flash for a long time
b) the rain on the lens when i was facing into the rain

damn...

15min later ben figures out he is in a strip club
ben falls asleep in said strip club
Leave strip club at 2ish
Walked down dark alley to the parking garage with some fear of getting stabbed
Made it back in the hotel
Then I got locked outta my room had to call walrus a couple times to wake his bro up to let me in.

Sorry about the chips (blue).... still placing the night back together.
Think I drank to quick at the bowling alley... then at the hotel.
Sorry to hear about all the tickets, that sucks.... I guess I got lucky.

Someone had you on the phone for a little bit. We could hear a echo and you said you were in the parking garage so a few of us left to go there.. couldnt find you. We asked some teenager if he saw someone with a camera and a green sippy cup and he said yeah about 15 minutes ago on the 6th floor.. he asked me to hold his cup so he could pull his pants up.. we stopped at every floor, lobby through 10.. called down the hall and couldn't find you.. we then went back to our party.. till you texted saying you were at that bar. haha

oh yeah and you were also asking people on the phone if they ordered a pizza.. lol
 


Someone cut me off after leaving for the alcohol run.. at night, in the rain then slammed on the brakes for a red light. I almost hit him and my alcohol went under my seat to my feet. I was pissed. Pulled into the parking garage and spun my tires which I never do because they are expensive. I didn't say anything because I didn't want to start drama.. It's all good. I think I know who it was. ****ER!

4 months of anticipation leading to

saturday:
10:30 am (i think around that time) arrived at the meet...sorta swerved around the blocks looking at strangers house numbers...(that black gp with the gold wheels threw me off)
finally found it, i followed bryant in not knowing if it was even the right place...

stood around and talked until like 2 and then finally moved (felt like my legs were broken) showed my engine bay to kevin and kristen and then checked out kevins...very nice car

then i had to leave to help my friend get his grad party ready (stayed there till 12:30 btw haha)

sorry guys, i felt like a jerk leaving in the middle, but if i wasnt 16, and didnt feel so awkward, also if my friends party wouldnt have been that night, i wouldve stayed way longer

but hopefully there is a monte meet in des moines soon...
it was fun meeting all you guys
