LOL I see we both get to work in small confined areas.

I handle sales, service, repair, and merchandising of these ice factories that are in place at local and area supermarkets and grocery stores.

Two top huge stainless parts next to the ceiling is the ice makers, the center part that I was stuffed in for repair is the bagger, and the bottom part is the merchandiser/cold storage after the bags are made. The machine does it all right there on the spot.

The wiring and electronics of the cubers/ice makers:

This is where the ice comes out of, and where it fills the bags, weighs the bags, and seals the bags, and then drops the bags.

Pretty fun job actually, when things are all working correctly and things go your way. :th_thumbsup-wink:

i work for New York City's power company Con Edison, im sure you guys have heard of us? i am a distribution splicer, i splice high voltage 27000, and low voltage 120/208 cables. the picture of me in the service box is 120/208 3 phase what you would find in your house, commercial building etc. here are some pictures of the 27000 volt stuff. of course we work on that stuff dead!

these are 27000 volt mechanical "I" splices. the cables are 500mcm in size, you can unbolt them and change the middle yokes to pick up new sections of cable so the "I" can be swapped for a "Y" or an "H"

this is a Raychem 3way 1way we make these to save some of the 3 conductor lead covered paper insulated oil cable. it basically stops the oil from the lead paper cable from penetrating the new rubber insulation single conductor cable.
