What do you do for a cracked dash?

I have an 02 SE that sat for a couple of years with a bad trans before I bought it. The dash was cracked in several spots and starting to curl up. I have searched the net and found that most people say there is nothing that can be done. I don't want to replace the dash but don't want it to get a lot worse either. I have been using Meguiar's ultimate protectant off and on. Is there something better to keep the dash cracks from getting worse and maybe even make them better?

Replacing your dash is the only option. It's really not that hard. You could have it done in an afternoon I'm sure.

Can't really do anything to make them better. Conditioning like you already are is about the best you can do (that and a sun-shade)

Basically, replace it.

Only other thing would be to pull the dash, trim down the curls, reglue the dash down, and fill in the missing/cracks, then fiberglass over the whole dash. Be custom, and be really neat (just don't paint it too glossy or bright a color cause of sun reflection)

Best bet, replace it.

3m makes a leather wrap. Just peel old stuff off and apply it. Its kinda the same stuff as the body wrap. Look it up.
