what do i need.. for a 13.5 second car

everyone knows my last gp was stolen... but recently i came across another gtp with a decent motor 170 xxx plus miles... but im really looking to take it out and rebuild it completely.. cam heads and so on.. what good combo would be a good way to make a mid to low 13 second car...
 


Would spark plugs, 3.6/3.5 pulley/ headers, PCM 1.0, CAI do the trick? What would you see with these mods?

How noticeable of an increase will i be seeing? Would you have est hp and torque? Not sure if its a worthy investment. Also don't want to be fixing these mods every month if they're un reliable. If then i should prolly just keep it stock :(
 
Ya I know a mechanic at work who could do it and also my dad gf who knows the GP inside and out since he's done alot of work to it. Are these parts a worthy investment that i stated? Will i be alot faster or just a little faster?
 
1.84 is the highest ratio you can run without changing valve springs.

You need higher shift points to get the benefit of the rockers.

Therefore, change the springs...run 1.95's.

But, rockers are boring...I sold mine for a cam.

Don't want to do it safely?

Cut off your exhaust

Put a 150 shot on it

Tune it on E85 and run a 3.0" pulley with 80lb injectors and a pump re-wire.
 
ok lemme rephrase it... ive read that about safely doing it a million times.. i just wanna know what combo works and would do what i want..... didnt think it would take all this... dam
