• The site migration is complete! Hopefully everything transferred properly from the multiple decades old software we were using before. If you notice any issues please let me know, thanks! Also, I'm still working on things like chatbox, etc so hopefully those will be working in the next week or two.

cleaned wat I could from the inside of the coolant overflow tank ( nasty dexcool crap ) and filled with new. Installed anti Pogo washers front and rear...rear didnt have any sort of washer just the nut. I wonder if it comes like that from factory

Yeah I suppose I could. I don't live at home anymore so it's not like he would even really notice or care about it anyway. I just feel if he knows he will say that something will break and give me a hard time and then something will break. lol. Seems to work like that.

you have the exact same situation as me. i buy the car.. dads insurance and everything.. pessimistic about everything.

Got off work and noticed a few drips of trans fluid under the car, so i checked it and babied it home as it was still full. It seems to be coming from where the cooler line fitting to the trans. anybody know if theres just an o-ring i can replace or do i need the whole line?

Fillied with gas, and figure the gauge needle is close to correct, cause i had just over a 1/4 tank an took 41l to fill

And gasmilage is crap, 15mpg

You dont need the whole line, just the threaded part with the o-ring. i ended up just replacing my orings though. Took out threaded adapeter and went to the hardware store and changed em out. been great ever since
