Idk guess it was me, After hail damage car would of been totaled. so i did what i could, sold it for what i got it for and DP on new car. I just hate CAN-BUS systems gm highspeed BS messign with me.
 


I found my my knock issue at part throttle Drove with it that for months and always thought it was the tune. I was also able to add more timing everywhere after this.

How did that happen without you knowing it?

It might just be my OCD nature, but I noticed if I even crack a plug during install, never had one snap apart like that.

Back in the day..like...Fourth of July 2001 this is...I had just paid off my Sunfire (first new car I'd ever owned) in January, had the transmission rebuilt for the car on Tuesday ($1500), and on Friday lightning struck the neighbors tree, which then landed on said Sunfire. They towed it away after telling me it was totalled. I went car shopping at the local Pontiac dealer, and my busted up Sunfire was sitting in the shop lot waiting to be taken away. I cried.
 
Spent some time yesterday reconditioning my headlights. Bought the kit from "Crystal View" (silver box) and man - they look almost brand new. Very happy with the results.

I have no idea, it never misfired otherwise. I thought just the plug fell out of the socket when I pulled it but it was just the ceramic.
 


We just got done coolant elbows, both of them cracked at both ends and had to dig em out, then had troubles realigning the tensioner assembly, got it all done and filled up and bled her, now she's running like a champ!

Well the car was a bust. Drained the oil from it and it was mixed with antifreeze really badly. More problems than I wanna deal with. I may get it to part out and sell some of the parts

Tell him $300 , part it out then call the jy for scrap value. Will the base let you part it out ?
 
Not on base. I got a buddy with a big back yard where he keeps a lot of shi*t. I'm gonna ask him of he minds if it sets there a month or two...I gotta see what all I can part and get a scrap yard lined up as well
