What did you do to your Car today?

Replaced so called tweeters in my monsoon system. So much better.

What did you use as replacements?

i dont think i want to tell you lol, pretty much had some old x-overs and tweets and mid, took old ones out and replaced rear speakers with tweet and mid, front i just used stock bass in doors and just new tweeter. no louder but clearer and crisper.

If it works it's all good right? And the less it costs for good results the better.

yup it sounds great, only thing really i was worried about was the ohm issue with other speakers not matching. the stockers were 4 ohms and i ended up with 3 ohm load some how but once again i like and am very happy for a free mod.

Ill get more washer fluid later. Maybe.

i ignore mine because i have no idea whats wrong with it and cant afford to throw parts at it lol my code is drivers side open loop. abs module for me too someday. well thats next. even changed my clock spring, nodda.

I also have abs light on. I want to fix it, but don't want to put more money in it. My low oil light is on too.

nope. i leaks a little, but not much. I will put oil in it today when i put oil in our venture.

low oil light is nothing to mess with, it means you have 2 quarts of oil left most of the time, and thats a time bomb.

3 quarts in my experience.

its still a scary light. 2 quarts low is frigging low in my book.

most of the time if the oil light comes on your engine is dead already.

I had it come on on mine when I was at like 4k miles, oil was still clean, did alot of highway driving, it was still well on the indicator, just barely under the "safe zone"... I figured it was a 1-2 qt low light.

Still not sure what happened there tho, since I put the new engine in, it doesn't leak, smoke, or show using oil... Just once a few months back it came on and was low, did an oil change and haven't had a problem. :th_scratchhead:
