• The site migration is complete! Hopefully everything transferred properly from the multiple decades old software we were using before. If you notice any issues please let me know, thanks! Also, I'm still working on things like chatbox, etc so hopefully those will be working in the next week or two.

What did you do to your Car today?

Car looks pretty cool but that sucks. What's wrong with it

Hub, struts, sway links, motor mounts, oil change, rust, needs new tires, sunroof doesn't work, both 50/50 lights need new wiring harness, needs new tires all around, alignment, this weird turning chain kinda sound when I step on the gas and to top it all off somebody stole the radio recently ...

Bought some car parts in the morning. Gave most of them to Matt as an early birthday present, because N/A car is slow. It's only missing two injectors and needs new head and rocker bolts.

Also bought a passenger side CV axle, which goes on tomorrow.

I lined up a set of GXP seats for $200, along with GMPP trailing arms. Now I just need to find a way to go get them....and work out a meeting time\place with the guy.

take your pass front seat out, leave it home. then go pick up the 2 seats they will fit nose to tail on the pass side floor sitting up right like they should sit.

if you got the back seats too take your out, toss the new ones in the back seat area.

thats how i got my new set home. 3 hr drive both ways lol

Thanks, if I end up going this weekend then that's what I'll do. My wife needs the car before I goto work this week so I need a separate ride either way, lol. Seems like a good deal, right?

Let's see...found the source of my oil leak (front crank seal,) found the cause of my belt shredding issue (incorrectly installed tensioner pulley,) straightened the rocker where the D/S front fender bolts so now my fender sits flush with the body lines, diagnosed a faulty "low oil level" sender, recentered my proportioning valve to make the dumb "brake" warning indicator go out, diagnosed the source of vibration during shifting or starting from a stop (worn torque arm bushing and collapsed trans mount,) and found that the output shaft seal on the trans is starting to seep (I'll fix it when I get the driveshaft rebalanced.) All in all, pretty productive.
