• The site migration is complete! Hopefully everything transferred properly from the multiple decades old software we were using before. If you notice any issues please let me know, thanks! Also, I'm still working on things like chatbox, etc so hopefully those will be working in the next week or two.

What did you do to your Car today?

Hung out with my boy today and he finally gave me a pretty nice custom tune. After about 6 runs on various degrees of timing and other things played with to try to minimize KR as much as he could while giving me nice power I'm sitting at 16* of timing with peaks of 1-2* of kr. Not bad considering when we started I was at basically 4*. I'm set for now til headers and may experiment with al104s.

Drove to work then bought the stuff for my fouler for downpipe install tomorrow

gotta question for anyone that care to answer lol...im getting struts all the way around ..found kyb gr2 for a decent price but it says 99-03. i have a 98 ..will it still wrk? thanks!

Made some more coil over top mounts. Re-did another set and completely took my coilovers apart to clean them and pick some rocks out .

Installing 50lb flex fuel injectors....in the process found out that I've been driving with a cutip stuck in my fuel rail since whenever I did my ls2 top swap...I find it odd I've been able to keep my fueling right even on e85.

Lesson learned always visually inspect your **** complacency kills.

With a little skill and a lot of luck me and my friend got the downpipe in and out without breaking any bolts and not buying a new o2 sensor. With lots of heat and penetrating oil too

Like I told you in your thread nothing broke when mine was swapped out. I took it to my buddy's shop and let him throw it on the lift to do it and the only trouble he had was one of the rear nuts was slightly rounded. He just used a bolt out and it came right out.

Yeah I know I was excited. And I put anti sieze on everything.

Threw a new to me fuel injector in the dark blue gtp in order to fix the misfire it had. Also gave it a much needed wash after pretty much sitting for the last month. Then gave it ninety miles of road testing. Seems to have lost a few mpgs so I'll have to investigate that later

if its been a few months, maybe its the cold air causing the lower mpg. we all see a drop every winter.

but they sure feel peppy when its cold out.......dont they?
