The obd2 shows 219 when idle in the sun.

For the above program you are using, is your OBDII connector a bluetooth one? I have a Bluetooth one, and I couldn't get the program to connect to it??

I replaced my plastic coolant elbows with the aluminum ones. Needed it bad, when I pulled out the plastic fittings, both of them were broken on both ends. Hopefully that's the only place I was losing coolant.
