Also, I'm still working on things like chatbox, etc so hopefully those will be working in the next week or two.

What did you do to your Car today?

at some point my painted tails got wang'd, putting a tool bag in the car noticed there was some white on it on the edge, sure enough, primer.. gotta do touch ups if it ever stops raining.

For $2 more you can get a 1404...

Trust me, even this cooler is a little overkill for people like me in Michigan with just a GT model, who doesn't beat on it. I'm not a heavy duty driver lol. I see you've got a GXP, I'd probably get the 1405 with that. Or duel 1404's.

So far I haven't managed to get it over 205 with me beating on it so we'll see how things go in the summer.

damn i want to add a cooler because ive hit 200 before.

I'll be taking my two Hayden coolers off next week to replace with the TEP one I bought and two extra 7 inch electric fans with a manual on and off switch if u want the ones I had been using. Their fine.

Sure, ship them for free lol. Nah I bought the 1404 cooler as well, I'll keep the 1403 around for something else. I've heard people running the 1401 (smallest model) and still running at very good temps.

I decided I'll go independent in the summer, and buy new trans lines in the fall (I need them anyway) and run it in series since winter temps are too cold for an independent cooler. I may leave them like that if it runs fine in series.

Got my trans cooler in the mail today. Part # Hayden: 1403 Medium duty driving.

It must have got dinged during shipping, so I bent the fins back. Before:

After:

I can't say I agree with these numbers, but keeping your trans below 220°F is a good thing, and will extend the life.

Please show pics of installation :) tnx.

I take pictures of everything I do to my car :th_laugh-lol2:
Speaking of that, I have a ton of pics of my shift kit install that I need to do something with.

LPD isn't a radiator version. It's one that has an area built in that restricts flow through the fins based on the viscosity of the fluid. aka as the fluid heats up..it becomes thinner and goes through the cooling area.
