Put a new water pump in.

I think I spent more time trying to get the lower bolt out of the power steering pump, and chasing dropped tools, than I did actually removing and reinstalling the water pump.

When I put my rockers and springs on I bet I spent an hour looking for stuff I dropped.
 
I easily lost 30 to 45 minutes. Dropped the 15mm with 3" extension and it was "lost" several times. I had to keep on turning the steering wheel every time it dropped because it would land somewhere new.

And I thought my Stealth was bad for eating tools.

If it weren't for the dropped tools, and fighting the power steering pump, as well as dealing with a warm engine, I could have been done in about an hour.
 


Had an epiphany; HEX hood vents for Gen5 Camaros on the GXP. Maybe? It's deff cheaper than the inferno hood and can't be as ugly.
 
I replaced my spark plug wires because one was bare causing a mis and tinted my taillights. Starting the debadging and painting the facia things tomorrow.
 


Decided to clean the car since its been a nasty rainy, dirty week.Then popped the hood,stuck a shop paper towel into one of the LIM valleys under SC and after pulling it out that thing was soaked with coolant.Sure enough LIM gasket change is in the near future.Now just need the remaining parts to get this job done.White smoke out of exhaust upon startup was my first clue.

I was bored so I accented the interior of our white '98 gp gt blue, and when I have the chance will be painting the side moldings blue and possibly adding a unique pinstripe design when I figure out how I wanna do it.
 


I ordered some dual polished tips from ebay, gonna just put those on as soon as they come in. I did the whole "polish the stock ones" on my last grand prix, and, well, no thank you. lol
