Only problem is that hood switch normally open or closed? (Electrically) that or mercury switch would work. I chose a switch for 2 reasons. 1 I already had one and I'm cheap lol. 2. I don't want it on during the day if I have to leave the hood open for long periods of time
 


Replaced the MAP now I read vac again woo
For some reason it came really fast like i ordered friday and it came today. Was scheduled for Wednesday.

It is grounded when the hood is open, so just what I need.

Hmmmm never thought of #2. The LED's I got have a switch. Maybe I will use that as a master on/off, and the pin switch for regular on/off. Seems like overkill, but I wired a light under the hood of my Bronco and just used a toggle switch. You'd be surprised how often you can leave that light on. LOL

For me a substantial amout of money left my bank account.


And my windshield cracked acrossed the middle because i left the front defrost on wups.

you have odd issues, how does leaving the defroster on crack the windshield? i do it all the time. my last two truck with auto starts, id leave the fan on 5 and on defrost, fire it up from inside and come out to clear windshield.
 
Well when it already had a crack it didn't help anything. I was driving and heard a sharp crack. Watch as windshield cracks more. I sigh then keep on driving and turned it off defrost.

that cracked further, cause it was cracked already. end of story there......

my brother on the other hand killed a windshield when washing a car once, he was using buckets of well water to wash and rinse the car off, one 5 gallon bucket to the windshield and it spider cracked all over, it was also like 100 degrees out, with ice cold well water. lesson learned right there lol
 


Got my powerstop drilled/slotted brake rotors and ceramic pads for brakes all the way around. Also got my brighter reverse led lights.
