I'm not sure if it relates to the actual fuel pick up but, the more the car is pitched forward and left, the lower fuel gauge reads. So if you're close next time, maybe find an uphill parking spot? And if you fill without shut off, don't you get some kind of light ? cel/check gascap?

Never get a code filling while running and have done it on every vehicle I have had for 30 years. Started cuz my 74 charger gauge did not read correctly unless filled while running.

Hmmmm, I always used to fill while running, UNTIL I got our first GP....got cel...it would go away after 4-5 starts & drives. Now I ALWAYS, kill & fill...WIERD ???

if your delete the evap fully that light never comes back on. mine used to. now it dont.

the few times it did come on while filling up it went off in less then a mile down the road.

I leave all vehicles on while filling, at night time I turn the lights off for stealth mode. Only a few times a cop has been filling up, then it goes silent.

Crossed the border last night and got the used fog lights I bought on e-Bay. Now the cutting and grinding for project "LED Foglight 2.0" can begin. Also got a new Fram cabin filter; $7.99 US vs $28.26 CDN.

I have a Nexus card ( http://www.cbsa-asfc.gc.ca/prog/nexus/menu-eng.html ), so easy to cross back and forth. Usually just a few questions and I'm on my way. Most of the guards on both sides are pleasant. A few months ago, the Canadian border dude (young brown buy) started asking me questions about my car. I thought he was testing me to see if I had installed parts. He sensed my hesitation and told me he was asking personally, cuz he liked the Grand Prix. We both laughed and I got to brag about my GP. That was fun. LOL

Oh, and if you don't have Nexus, you need a passport or we have a version of drivers license that can be used.

Bought some led license plate lights. I went with the Phillips brand, but I got them from Rock Auto, $11 shipped. Trying to do some subtle upgrades here and there that won't break the bank or "rice" it out. Thinking next I might paint the brake calipers. First car I've had with aluminum rims and not steelies with hub caps lol.

Didn't realize the rear license plate only had one bulb. Much brighter than stock.
