nice of them to put it on the pass side so you maybe dont see it and try to drive off. then they charge you for a broken/damaged boot.

here they suspend your lic, its gone for a month already most of the time when you get the notice too. so your at risk of driving with a suspended lic till you actually know about it.

Totally man. I would leave. I'm a transplant to the city, originally from the burbs, out in Lombard, IL. The burbs is where all my friends and family are, but I work in the city and my commute is 25min door-to-door. Versus 1.5hrs taking train from burbs. There's other pros/cons like anywhere really. Plus my kids are going to a good school... So staying for now. Just signed the lease for another year.

you need to ignore the notices they send for a long time, but yes sooner or later they get their filthy dirty money from you lol.

NY can suspend your NJ lic too for non payment as well.

My jack wouldn't lift the avalanche I think she's done.

So I had to do sway bar links on the ground. Was pretty easy still. Bolts were seized to the spacer bushing of course.

Vise grips around the spacer with channel locks pinned against the wheel so I could spin the nut off. Ratcheting wrenches are the best

Did you see the one for sale down by me that was over 200k on it, they only wanted like $9,000 for it. Even if it needed body work, that's a good deal.

A V8 one? I check CL all the time for G8s.... didn't see that one. There was a guy on one of the G8 forums that hit 287k in like 4 years when he bought his new, lol.

At the end of the day I disliked spending $3800...., (gotta ship and buy parts on top of that) but I should stop crabbing because that's freaking cheap for what I'm getting, lol.

I'd post pics, but the auction house deleted the listing as soon as it sold. :(

Black..., I really wanted Stryker Blue, but it's an 09.5 so I don't have to worry about lifters till I have money to do a cam and DOD-delete, only 145k, and a sunroof - I can't be too picky, lol.

I just checked again and it's gone now, I doubt it was on craigslist for for than 5 days.

For the price you payed on that car, it should be well worth it in the end.

OH, now I remember, yeah, I did see that one.... surprised it disappeared at that price. But, G8s are worth more up here it seems....

Yeah, I'll drive it till she dies...., then find a wrecked ZL1 and swap over the drivetrain. #pipedreams
However, I'm thinking I might need to find some base Camaro rims or something to put winter tires on, because winter tires, heck, tires in general for the 19s that are on it....., not cheap.
