Replaced the windshield washer hoses that got pinched between the hood and the wiper arm when my wife tried to replace the wiper blades... At least she looked cute trying. lol

Well, in the morning I did a thing:

2001 special edition GTP with 150k and no rust. Has a 3,2 pulley, prj intercooler, fuel rails, 1.9 rockers, and sd headers and 3" downpipe and catback. I got it for $1,000. Only problem is I think it's got a bad head gasket... well, I hope it's a bad head gasket and not a bad piston. We'll find out next week sometime when I get it torn down.

Well I Installed new Dea HD lower motor and trans mounts. Both mounts were toast. I Also sprayed some WD 40 on my seizing AC compressor clutch And lastly I noticed I have a leak coming from my power steering reservoir.

I replaced my alternator, and re-finished my headlights. didn't work out as nicely as I wanted, but they look better

Up close I can still see the little spiderweb cracks where I'm guessing the old UV protection wore off and the actual clear lens got somewhat damaged.

Started the teardown on the 01 today. The previous owner claimed that it was probably a bad head gasket. Well, on teardown we realized all the little errors the previous owner had made the last time they put it back together - things weren't torqued down properly, etc. Things that make you shake your head.

Also, if installing speed daddy's was a pain, then removing them when the bolts get rusty is even worse. The grinding wheels definitely earned their rent money this month.

On the plus side, although we did have one destroyed spark plug the piston wasn't even scratched. Well, at least nothing bad on the front side at least, the back head will get pulled tomorrow.

Oil change and installed mps. Going to try and get up to silver lake with the truck over memorial day. Just need a couple of 8an fittings and some hose to finish the second trans cooler install.

Took the dic out and replaced all the bulbs now traction control is off all the time.......

Yep I'm taking the mods off it and selling it as a clean roller. It's got no rust. I'll get my money back and some free mods lol

Ups showed up with the rest of the gaskets I need. Getting closer.
