Gotcha. You definately should get a delay relay. I have an aftermarket wiring harness on the fogs, so I used a Waytek #75535. A little pricy, but had the amperage rating and was plug-n-play. Using the shifter to turn them on would be different. Here is my relay install for more pics.No, stock alarm. I just have the stock fog lamp switch wired to key on power, so if in the on position, will turn the fogs on key-on. I'm sure they will flash when starting it, so I'd like a 2 second delay or so. Ideally I'd like them to turn on when the shifter is in drive though, like later GM's.
Are you using the stock switch like I am? Also what timer would you recommend? I see you've been through a few ideas.
Thrust angle looks fine so I wouldn't worry too much about the rear
So if the steering isnt hard or you get no real shakes or causes for concern, I would just have the front toe and steering wheel corrected or get it close to even on both sides to insure the steering wheel is centered and tire wear will not be a concern.
You also have to understand alignments aren't 100% accurate. They're just a reference.
