Mopped up some bar n chain lube off my trunk mat (put the hurt on a fallen tree and got fed steak fer it) and sweated. Other than that, just another day of loyal trouble free service from the trusty GTP.

figured out how to control a crank seal leak.

groove in balancer. i tried to polish it out with emorry cloth, but it still leaked. ordered one of them repair sleeves for the balancer shaft. to the tune of 35 bucks. it wont be in till 3 pm monday.

Is that balancer old? New one is like 65.00. I'm sure you considered that just curious why you didn't get one.

Congrats on the build though! Now you are back to smashing' bugs, but you seem to enjoy that. What brakes do you have?

That sucks, oh well, easy fix though.

I finally started the Big 4 (Big 3) on my car. I had that ****ty pre-made wires (still better than stock), but I'm upgrading to 1\0 AWG. Car audio shop only had 3 feet of 1\0 AWG so I only got this done:

Hey I only have 2 plastidipped things on my entire car. Spoiler and 2 switch heated seat bezel. The bezel will stay because it looks great and works perfectly. Spoiler is because my original spoiler broke\cracked and I got this bronze spoiler for free. Plastipped black looks better than bronze, and it'll last me until I get a SLP spoiler. Could be worse, lol.

Watch that dippin, makes yer teef fall out. Ha, just goofin. I dig the arrowhead on the zap box, Booba. You would not want a ride in the 69 if you saw my wiring. One relay for aux fan, and all the stereo wires need to be ripped out and chunked. I set out to measure something on that car this morning, never made it past the garage and keep doing house stuff.

There's a few things I want to clean up, but I also came to the realization that there's a lot of extra stuff on this car so there's gonna be more wiring. I have more to do today, but this damned sciatica is kicking my ass. I need a back transplant.

We mod in different directions, don't we? I'm all for getting a six hole fuse box and seeing if I can do with just that!

You know me, always trying to learn more about whatever I'm doing at the time. For now, or at least until my back is consistantly "normal" for a month, it's electronics stuff. Once I'm physically in descent shape the rocker panels are getting done, lol.

Every hiccup with the car is an opportunity to learn but mines been eerily well behaved so I stay 3800 ignorant. Like your new sig, BTW.
