Bleeder is dry, its leaking between the housing and the lim, new gasket too. Oh well

Did you clean the mating surfaces? Maybe the LIM might have a slight warp? It might be worth adding another gasket to try and fill in the void.

Not a huge difference but that was expected since I still kept the Borla Mufflers. It's a lot quieter now then then it was and the I guess I'd call it drone during deceleration is nearly eliminated thanks to the longer resonator. I'm happy. Old piping start to split and figured now was the time to go 3" with it. So far from a quick WOT run I notice a 1-2 psi lost which tells you it's flowing better. I see what you mean with the piping, I think part of the reason is the piping (came from ZZP for a steal) mimicked the stock piping and because I run modified SDs it pulled the exhaust forward a bit and up in the tunnel more then it normally would. I had to get it to work around my setup. The piping was also opened up at the ends so I could clamp the mufflers on until I could drive it over to the exhaust shop to have everything welded rather then bein some douche and running it straight piped lol. Clearance was a big worry of mine since lot of things weren't stock but the guy made it work and got it knocked out fairly quick. He told me the new resonator wouldn't fit and I let him know I took quick measurement prior to ordering it and it "should" fit but you never know until you have it in the air. I ran over something the night before and it caused a slight bend on the Y, I had it rigged up just enough to where I can get it to him. I did my best to bend it back out by hand and he did the same till we eventually said good enough is good enough.

Rtv ftw

I always seemed to have the problem getting the gasket to seal even when new. Throw some rtv on there and bam leak free.

I cleaned it off before install, it did this last time and i think corrosion stopped it leaking

I have a Spytec G1W, wired into the radio fuse to come on when the cars on. I never have to touch it, it also overwrites files so I never have to delete anything.

U sure don't. I see though, headers maybe drag it forward a little overall. Looks quiet and solid. Some exhaust guys have it whooped don't they? You added some cubic inches to the exhaust system while keeping most components in place and I was just curious how it changed sound / feel. If you had annoying drone I bet it did help quiet that.

I like my mini0805, just under $100. I would buy another. But I'm in the market for another dash cam now, for around $50 and I could use suggestions lol.

My resonator just started leaking on my 06.. Anyone know the diameter and installation type on the last gen gp's? I know Scotty is the go to guy for this lol. Big long resonator and the right flange to bolt on (if 06's use that)

Shucks wish you would of posted this a few days ago before I scrapped my old exhaust. IIRC it's around 30"-32 or so. It's a 2 bolt 2.5 flange IIRC
