My moms car was doing similar chugging round 40-45 while cruising if you gave it a little gas. I had her run my scanner to check for missfires and sure enough it was showing 2 only when it was chugging. New plugs wires and its been a month with no chugging.

Been awhile since I even plugged in the CenTech tool. Theses one stretch on the way home where I notice it most. A TB cleaning and new wires are both needed things, along with a few others. Think I'm due for a coupler too. It won't hurt me to give her some love, shes a noble mount lol. Just hope I don't end up back at the glass trans shop. Meanwhile, chugalug like a stock smoggo 700R on hiway gears. Naw its not bad... yet. I do run a lot in 3rd though Scotty, for a wee bit of engine braking in hilly busy areas.

Some weird ass **** all over the car, feels like overspray yet comed off with quick detailer so looks like a wash is in order tomorrow. I think it came of some trucks that were laying asphalt either way it freaked me out.

Yup lol.. Been having issues with it random shutting off on me.. No cel no nothing.. Rpms dropped almost pointing to the symptoms of a bad cps...swapped that. Same crap. My scanner wasn't picking up anything and it had the basic spark, fuel, etc. dropped it off at the local shop and had them scan the bcm and that's what came up.. They're almost thinking it's the ignition switch and there's a recall for it if I'm not mistaken. Of course car ran fine for them and didn't shut off on em. I'll take it to the local gm dealer in the morning and let them do their recall work.

The "recall" for 04+ does not replace the ignition switch. It doesn't replace anything, they just put a piece on the head of the key to keep the keyring centered.

Yea that's whts I figured and heard but Ima take it down there tomorrow just to check.. If all else fails I'll swap the ignition switch again and go from there.

I didn't even go in for the "recall" and won't. They can keep sending me reminders in the mail all they want. LOL

I've he a few of them and just throw them away. If all else fails Ill be just out of time and that's all.. Worth a trip to see what decides to pop up.

We had the insert put in our impalas key as that's how the recall applied to it. Looks fine, not everyone would even know its an insert.

Well I put rear brake pads+rotors, rear shocks on my brothers g6, i replaced the front 3 spark plugs, and took the wires off of the other 3, loosen them up tomorrow. Next up is lower control arms and shes set.
