I bet it is the cable on the window regulator hitting the inside of the door. I used some 1/2 inch peel and stick soft foam. Put a small piece were the cable is capable of touching or where there is a mark from it touching.

I've chased it before and it's towards the latch, I've zip tied all the cables down already.

door panel clips are dead i bet lol i love the way my doors sound now when i shut em. sound solid now.

Nope, those are all new too. This is something in the linkage that goes to the latch assembly. Someday I'll rip it apart and figure it out when I have nothing better to do.

Just ordered a k&n intake from 4 wheel online. I got a new exhaust so I decided to upgrade my intake as well though I'm not expecting for a huge power/mpg gain.

My cover from mesobarney came today, now i just gotta clean it up and slap a new seal on it.

Well I hope I didnt just ruin it lol. How bad is it if there is a goove in the surface the seal goes in?

Take your new seal. Run a bead of rtv where the lip makes a 90 to the rest of the seal

Put new seal in and wipe excess rtv off.

No problem at all.

Well she had mentioned to me it was damaged so i was going to replace it because of that and i my luck when removing it that happened...

If you know me.. you know I only roll with Ultra Copper. There's no need to multiple types.
