• The site migration is complete! Hopefully everything transferred properly from the multiple decades old software we were using before. If you notice any issues please let me know, thanks! Also, I'm still working on things like chatbox, etc so hopefully those will be working in the next week or two.

What did you do at work today?

Me, I got to load a 4,700 lb ($45k valued) system into the truck for shipping.
This skid was 5' wide, 14' long and 92" tall. Talk about not being able to see.

We have a rack that goes on the forklift that holds a 55gal drum with water for extra weight. then 2 of the shop guys sit on the barrel for added weight.
This skid is light compared to some of the ones we load. Our forklift is a little light for somethings we do.

And I probably shouldn't post this, but oh well.
This is one (of the safer) methods we used before they built the barrel rack.

^That skid tipped the scales at around 6,500 lbs. (one of our heaviest to date)

I didn't get a picture of the load today because I was driving.
The truck driver didn't know what to think when the girl hopped on the fork lift :)

you know how to drive forklifts too lol ours doesn't have too great of brakes and we beat it up and pull cars with it and stuff. we lift cars with it sometimes when we have to move them but only old cars that are for parts and stuff

then this happens

loaded 3,300+ packages into 4 trailers, along with tires, mufflers, air conditioners and any other thing u can think of as well, 6 hours straight, no break, 110 degree trailers

It's crazy that you post these just now. My grandmother is moving to town after the recent passing of my grandpa, and my Great-Grandfather (My grandma's mom) built a 1930 Model A from the ground up, and did a total restoration of a '26 Model T. Pretty cool cars if you ask me!

I'm a project manager at a bank and not allowed to show you sh1t, but it's nothing interesting anyway. I'm just sitting in a small cubicle on conference calls and looking out the window from which at least I can see my car. There's a lot of sexy women around here but the biggest c0ck block of them all (my wife) works here too.

Worked on top of this ****er
Yeah that's our dodge truck down there.
