What color do you guys think would look best on a navy blue gp? And does anyone have any pics of any? Im not sure what other color I would like to use yet.
 


Your painting the whole car? Why change the color to another stock color? If your going to do it mix up something :D, I'm quite partial to the Mopar Plum Crazy Purple :).
 
I dont want to paint the whole car I was trying to decide what colors to accent. I have the silver pontiac lettering in the back now but I kinda like how the red painted calipers look. Im not sure what I want to do yet and am looking for suggestions and possibly pictures if anyone has any.

if your car is blue, then you have a few options

i just did my calipers in red and it really set it off. i'll post some pics shortly

i posted one already with the new tint and that really added to the styling compared to stock, next on my list are some chrome tips and get rid of those stock tips. ive always wanted to paint the gray portions of the front and rear bumpers to match the color of the car and then add a vinyl insert into the "pontiac" and some of those mesh grilles. i also bought an sd spoiler, and the 40th anniversary spoiler because i couldnt choose which i like more lol but thats another story for another day
 


heres a few more pics, taken today. I put 17's on it to see what it would look like. probably last thing i do is add some silver grilles ( appearance wise ) i would like to get my daytona 500 decals back on the doors but one was peelin bad so i took them both off, ( good luck to me finding replacements lol )

i did a quick mock up on photoshop to get an idea with what the grilles look like. what do you think? too much?

Bankrupt>> I say it really depends on what look you are going for. For brake calipers, a clean factory look would be silver or black. For a race inspired look that may catch a glance or two, red or even copper/gold.

Gtx>> are you keeping the hood bra on? I am aware it serves a purpose, but with the grilles its a lil too much. Without the bra it would look great.

I actually took the grilles out that are in my sig pic and put a set of modified stockers back in. For some reason I think my car had too much silver on the front.

Where'd you get those wheels from? I had those on my SC GP but I can't seem to find some for sale.

i bought them from the dealership. they are factory 17" and came on the 2006-2007 gp gtp as an option, ive seen the rims on many 06-07 GP's but usually they are not polished. the polished cost a grip

tomorrow i will start fitting my new SD spoiler, hopefully even get it painted tomorrow
, just bought some grilles as well

the new slang is "stacks" in a sentence, it would be

the polished rims got me for a few stacks.

a stack is 1000

but im old school, so i still use old school terms. its still a word that most everyone can relate to when it comes to bank roll:cool:
