Also, I'm still working on things like chatbox, etc so hopefully those will be working in the next week or two.

What blew up this motor?

112,000 miles. I think it was lack of care and extra stress from the sc. BTW the boost pushed passed the piston and pushed all the oil out of the motor.

That is #2, bone stock always running 91 octane (from what I am told) But the plug was destroyed as well.

Not uncommon for the middle piston on either bank to chip from detonation, since it will frequently be the hottest/leanest running cylinder out of the bunch.

No it is not. It is either cylinder 3 or 4.

Seems like you need to learn these engines more before tearing them apart..

Is this the front of the engine or rear?

Thats a mean thing to say since it is more of a cutlow than relevant (I had no trouble "tearing the engine apart").

Yeah..it's common enough to happen. Likely he tossed in lower octane than he should have and beat it a bit too much.

Yea come to think of it he may have told me that he was running it off of lower octane. Guy knows nothing about cars. He paid 3.3k for it and it broke down a month later.

A) Low Octane

B) Heavy Foot

C) Small Pulley with no supporting mods

D) Poor Maintenance

E) All of the above
