That's the stuff I used, but by Valvoline brand (dex/merc III) All 3 you posted will work though. The VI is the newer fluid and is partially synthetic which is iffy sometimes on older worn transmissions.

4 hours? I did mine in like 1, a drill does short work of the trans pan bolts. I just turned the torque down on it.I paid on autozone $16 a gal. I got 2 of those.
I finally finished changing the filter and cleaned everything.
Took me 4 hours with like 30 bolts on the pan.
Got some muscles working under the car.

Nobody said anything about you wanting to spend $140.00 on ATF they are stating they would rather save or waste the money on something else (whores, strippers, lube, butthole pleasures) whatever is may be. That is your choice. I change mine once a year maybe even twice if I get bored with the top of the line Walmart Supertech DEX vi lol . . . . Have done so on all my vehicles whatever suits you best.$140 service that only needs to be done every 80,000 miles im not worried about. my friends VW passat 99 2.6L has to have a new timing belt every 80,000 miles that cost $1200 to have done. also a trans rebuild in my car is around $2,000 depending on how strong of a rebuld you do so if buying the best ATF i can gives me an extra 10,000 miles on the trans then to me its worth it. i got 140,000 miles on the 04 GP and if you drove it you would think it just came off the GM lot.
I think they all are, not 100% sure on that though.
