What are the brightest hids low beams for 07 gp

Seems everyone here just uses HIDs withOUT projectors.... Drives me nuts because the beam is all over the place and a PITA for other drivers on the road...

Many people have told you wrong, in a sense. 2 links, took a total of about 8 seconds to find.. Its dependent on the color spectrum, and temperature.. 4300 is not "pure white" but it seems to be brighter than pure white, which is 5000k

Color Confusion 4300k or 5000k

I see your argument and some evidence, i have been thinking about getting 5000k. Ill see what i get with the Headlights, You think 4500k fogs and 5000k headlights might look weird or no? As far as the color and brightness i want the brightest then i look for whitest. Either way im thinking 4300k/4500k DDM or 5000k and no higher. If i get a car im already think 3000k fogs and 5000k lows.

As for the projectors, on a car yes i would highly want to do retrofit but on this SUV i see that it has no glare in the head lights unless you look right into being on the same eye level or lower. These already have a cut off on it which is good so that i dont blind other people on the road.

Hey i put a 9006 ballast on my SUVs fogs that take h10. The ballast fit perfectly and works better than the other crappy one i had. Now im think about putting in the 9005 5000k bulb in it but i want to know do you guys think it will fit if i put it on?

9005 bulb wont fit without modification. The "fins" are different that lock it in place and the plug in on the bulb is slightly different too.

I got the h10 4500k in my fogs right now with 9006 slim ballast from my old GP, Now i just got DDM tunings 5000k HI/LOW Hid bulb with the Hi/low harness. They seem to flicker a bit, do you guys think i need their raptor ballast or should i get the capacitor. Using old ballast on my headlights so i thought new ballast would solve the little flicker on my Chrysler Aspen

I got a high low harness on it, its not flickering since we changed the bulbs to H13 bulbs. The flicker was because of the idiots giving me H4 and not H13. We no have 4500k fogs and 5000k Low/Hi beam and they are great and bright and pretty white too.

Just one last question, are Ballast's universal? Like could i use the 35W ballast i have in my H10 fogs on my H13 bulbs instead? They both are 35W ballast's and they seem o have he same connectors, so would they work interchangeably and with out any problems?

Relay harness those can be had for 10 bucks or 15 at ebay i believe...

I believe that they can be swapped with no issues. It's been awhile since I have used HIDs.

I tried it and the H10 Ballast did work on the H13 bulbs flawlessly and its better than the other ballast cause now the bulbs warm up more faster and are much more brighter too and whiter. Now i got 5000k on the Hi/low and 4500k fogs and they are bright. Ill get a pic of how it looks on the road soon.

One last and final question, they say 55W ballast is brighter than 35W, so if say i get a car and it has only headlights and no fogs. Then would getting 55W Low beams on it make up for the no fogs? And they say that 6k is whiter on 55W than on 35W, so does that mean if i get 5k on a 55W ballast it will be super bright and super pure white? compared to 35W that is.

Thanks again guys
