What are symptoms of vapor lock

My car has had quite a few issues in the past couple weeks and I was wondering if vapor lock is the cause when it runs for a while it gets rough and when you try to start it it will surge and sometimes stall when I shut it off erlier today it steamed I don't know if it was rain from last night or something in the car please help any answer helps
 


I've never heard of a gp getting vapor lock because the fp is in the tank to prevent it. What codes are you throwing?
 
You're not going to get vapor lock in a fuel injected vehicle. The fuel pump is much too strong to allow it.
