• The site migration is complete! Hopefully everything transferred properly from the multiple decades old software we were using before. If you notice any issues please let me know, thanks! Also, I'm still working on things like chatbox, etc so hopefully those will be working in the next week or two.

Went to the track Friday...

Completely stock:

15.0@91

Is that good? The density altitude was around +3500 feet. I was feathering the throttle till about 10-15 mph because stock tires and boost = no traction lol.

on stocks and completely stock i say you did good. depending on how good your tires are, with a lil bit of practice u should hit 14.9's and 14.8's.

do yourself a favor and make yourself a intake for more whine.

My best was a 2.2x (I don't have the slips at the moment) but it was on a different run, 15.1@90, on the best run it was a 2.34 I believe...

Driver mod is there lol its the tires! I've been drag racing for over 10 years. The best 60 foot was when I brake stalled it to 2500 off the line and worked the pedal down to the floor by the time I hit 10 mph, all with no tire spin. If I tried ANY other way, it was either tire spin and/or a slower 60'. It just needs slicks and a tune, then mid 14's are easily achieved. Also, my buddy owns HP Tuners, he looked at the stock tune and told me the factory torque management settings limits the calculated engine torque to, if I can recall correctly, 150 foot pounds of torque all the way through 1st gear. In that case, a tune and slicks should drastically improve my 60'.

i have my torque reduction 0'ed out

after the new build tho, i gotta put some back

Best I did with my compg stock was a 14.5 with a density altitude at negative sealevel. Portland international raceway is at sea level

Bone stock supercharged '07 car here went almost 14.8 with a 2.1 60 foot. DBW cars are a little trickier to launch I've found out...and way touchier than cable driven TB cars. I'd be willing to bet you could knock a few tenths off that time with a better 60 foot...and the headlight/air filter yanked out ;)

instead of stalling at 2500 then feathering the throttle, launch at 1500-1800 then you will launch quicker.easier and have less throttle feathering to do..if that makes sense

I'd say that's damn good considering the DA. At sea level that would have probably been mid 14's easy @ 94-95mph.
