• The site migration is complete! Hopefully everything transferred properly from the multiple decades old software we were using before. If you notice any issues please let me know, thanks! Also, I'm still working on things like chatbox, etc so hopefully those will be working in the next week or two.

Well I've got some luck

So got my radio installed yesterday along with my sub and amp. Well today I go to lunch listen to my bumping tunes (lol). Shut the car off and everything was like normal. I admit I played with a few settings for the amp and audio and such. Nothing that would cause it not to work (BTW, its a DEH-P7600MP. Pretty sure atleast) and then I go and start my car to head home and its not turning on anymore or anything.

the car doesnt turn on or the radio. if its the car the remote wire for the head unit isnt hooked up right and it drained your battery

not the battery because its starting up just fine. Everything is still as it was wired before. I took the dash apart today and checked.

Yup, it looked good. I didn't have the tool to check it but I took it out and inspected it and it looked good. I may just replace it anyways. I think tonight if I get a chance I'm going to find my tool to check fuses and see if all the ones for the car works.

Just a little update:
I looked and couldn't find a volt meter, so instead I plugged the old HU in and the lights light up when I turned on my lights but the display did not turn on and there was no music or sound. I did try to change it to many different channels. I then tried to bypass the harness because the wires were almost pulled out anyways but that did not change anything. Also I pulled out the fuse but dropped it and lost it, I even pulled back the rug because I have no idea where it is. So I have a feeling the constant power is working but the ignition wouldn't be turning it on. Right?

theres a radio fuse in one of the cars fuse boxes too. i blew that one before. it should be say radio/amp.
