Weird sound coming from front end...

I have a strange sound I need some help identifying, please! When I'm going about 25mph, you can start to hear it. RPM's do not affect it, nor does speed or when turning the wheel or braking. It is more of a thumping noise every other turn of something with the front end. I don't know how else to describe it other than that. I can "feel" the thumping sound in the pedal, but it does not affect the steering wheel. I've read on here about the front hubs and axles, both of which I think it could be, but the sounds to look for with issues with either of those are not present on my GP.

I've tried jacking up the front end of the car and have it running trying to hear something, but I think it needs to be under a load...

Any suggestions?!? Please!

could be a bad tire, i had one that egged on me and was way off balance, try to rotate the tires. and mine made a thud thud thud sound.

Sure its coming from the front end? A shake in the pedals and seat normally comes from the rear, Check the tires for bulges.

Its not the tires. They are newer and I rotated them with no change. Plus, on a 400+ mile trip, it got a little louder, key word little.

Did you ever figure out what the problem was? My 1997 has the same problem. The rim was bent from hitting a pot hole so I replaced the rim and put the new rim and tire in the back but that didn't fix the problem. I replaced the wheel bearings and tie rods (they were worn) but still have the same problem.
