Weird sound after start, believe coming from steering

It's very hard to explain the sound because when one hears "power steering" they automatically think of the whine, while my 99 GTP does that too, the sound I'm trying to explain is more of a quick "swoosh" type sound only does it once after I first start and turn the wheel, maybe this is something talked about maybe not, does anyone have any clue??

just a thought but mabey its the air going thru the brake booster?
