Also, I'm still working on things like chatbox, etc so hopefully those will be working in the next week or two.

okay i put an alpine deck in the car the other day.. there was already an aftermarket in the car.. randomly BOTH back speakers would go in an out.. the deck was ugly so u replaced it with my alpine well again the back speakers work sometimes an sometimes not..

i ran new wire to them both and still they go in an out when they want.. both literally at the same time.. and before anybody says "you dont know what your doing" shut it.. cause i do.. there gonna get replaced.. all of them but im still puzzled why they both go in an out anybody ever heard of this?

You don't know what you are doing...

Both rear speakers cut in and out at the same time? Are you running signal through the factory amp? Have you tried different head units?

He said he switched HU's. He also said he ran new wires to the speakers, so I'd assume that he's not running a factory amp. I think you found the common denominator here. The speakers. It sounds like they're shorting out. When they cut out, put a DMM on them and see what their impedance is. If it's at 0 ohms, that's what's happening.
