Weird Dual A/C Its hot & cold

So I have the Dual Climate Control A/C & it would be great. If it worked right. I get freezing cold air on the passenger side but not on the drivers side. I'm wondering if I have a blocked vent or something else.

its a common problem on these cars...you juest need a recharge and then both sides will be cold...its strange i know but it fixes it

it could be an actuator bad too thats what it sounds like more to me

Where is the low pressure ac port located? I need to recharge my ac too but cant locate the low pressure port. I've looked high and low and can't find it.

Low pressure port is center of firewall, cant miss it.
