Weight Loss or Weight Gain Thread "2012"



I picked up running the past month or so at least a couple of times a week and I've lost about 5 lbs, but I do feel thinner. Jeans don't fit quite as tight in the thighs or waist lol. I don't have much to loose, I'm 6" 205 lbs and broad shouldered.

Or get unflavored creative. I don't miss creative usually I just take it with a spoon and swallow it and just drink plenty of water before/after
 


Yup there's unflavored kinds I kno Gnc sells one..but we all kno how expensive they are. It's barely noticeable when added to your choice of beverage.
 


I injured it a month ago lifting a box. My hip gets out of place from time to time. Been taking awhile to heal up and not hurt when i do things. I did some short running this morning and nothing bothered me. Its been kinda sore this afternoon though.
 
Why would you ever use anything but mono?

If your hip dislocates... it seems to me you might be "asking for it" by running. I've got no experience with that injury thankfully, so maybe I'm off base.
 
There's no studies to prove that anything but mono works and there's nothing cheaper. Creatine itself does so little that I'm willing to bet most people wouldn't notice a difference on placebo, which is basically what most, if not all modifications of creatine are (looks like Creatine-189 is creatine HCl, btw). I've still got a half tub of creatine mono wasting space because taking it annoyed me more than it helped me.
 


I like it, and it works well. I'm just too lazy to take something that doesn't help my athletic performance that much. If it had a more profound effect, I'd be on top of it.
 
Creating mono works excellent. It's pretty cheap. It works as long as you drink plenty of water and can see results within a few weeks.
