Exercise and working out are not synonymous.A few times a DAY is a little unhealthy. If you work out hard enough like you're supposed to, that day after should be horrible. So every 48 hours you work out
I break my deadlift record... and re-injure myself doing lighter doubles. FFFFF. Retarded pain. Barely got light wimpy shoulder presses before I had to shovel myself into my car. Ugh.
