Just your ass? What's the rest of you gonna be doing while your ass is in the gym?
Been about two weeks now, haha. NP said something along the lines of it taking at least a month to see results. Shoulders have been feeling a lot better this month, though... btn snatch grip push pressing 205 for a couple triples tonight without any incidents. Hit 15 unbroken strict handstand pushups last week at 230lbs.How long you been on it, most people starting feeling "better" after the 2nd week and it only gets better.
Stress from my current job gives me little motivation once I get off work, but I am hopefully close to landing a new job. Once that takes place I will probably start running. If I do, I will start to track my progress along the way.
