hey everyone. have any of you bought anything from 3800performance.com? I ordered plugs, coil packs, wires and a thermostat last Wednesday from them and nothing has been shipped and there is no way to even track an order. The only correspondence I have received is a follow up email stating that I "should have received some of the products by now....."

Have any of you dealt with this company?

Rob is a good guy and always has been helpful to me. On a couple of occasions he was a little slow about answering emails but I can be very impatient.

ok foot in mouth now. rob just called and clarified everything. i just recently got burned for the first time ever ordering online so i was a bit paranoid. between that and the constant bucking and hesitation by my GP i have become a bit edgy!
 
companies like that are in their busy time right now with summer getting close people are throwing parts on cars like there's no tomorrow

I ordered a GTX spoiler from them some time back. I never got any kind of shipping confirmation. It was just sitting on the porch when I got home one day. Bad communication on their part.

You are going to love those PRJ rails. Paul has put a lot of thought, time, and testing into those. When rails are mentioned PRJ comes to mind.
