has nebody ordered the s&s headers of the wbody store website????.......reason im askin is because i ordered them on june 20th ......they called me back and said they were out of stock wich it didnt say that on the site.....ne way he said they will have them in a couple of weeks and by the time they coat them i would have them in a month....so i call on july 20 th and say im just wondering if my headers were shipped out...he says yes and said i will have them by the end of the week....well that was 2 weeks ago and this is starting the 3rd week and i cant get in touch with him cause of thier ****ty automated phone ......wondering what i should do????
 


they take a bit because they have to send them out to get them coated. they dont stock them coated.
 
I've only had top notch customer service from Wbody store, so I trust that Mike will take care of you. :th_thumbsup-wink:
 
I read on one of the other forums that a guy wanted to get the S&S headers but it was like a months wait so he went w/ the pacesetters instead. I order some tie rods from them recently and b/c they were special order(dont stock them) I got them in about 4 days. Have you tried emailing Mike K? He always responds to me w/in 24 hrs (usually w/in 3-4 hrs).
 
Ive dealt with Mike in the past and he has always given top notch service and been very forthright. I would email him if you havent done so.
 
i ordered a GM strut tower brace from W-body store, it didnt even come in a box, its all scratched up and dented with 4 mail stickers on it. It came 4 weeks after i ordered it.. wtf? i tried calling them but their line is always busy

There have been mixed reviews over the Wbody store. some good some bad.

same thing with his SHO side......

but I am sure that can be said over ZZP, as well as Intense....

Have you tried sending Mike K a letter with a return reciept? that way you know he recieved the letter? I would also switch up the numbers you are calling from...as most business's have Caller ID.
 
u cant get threw no matter what phone u use its like a automatted answering machine that says leave a voice mail and we will get back to u within 24hrs...... wich i did yesterday at 5 and i havent gotten a call back today....and what do u mean by a letter witha return reciept
 
you can send a letter through the post office. the return reciept means that they have to physicly sign a form saying they have recieved your letter. this holds up in court quite well.

not saying it will come to that.... just it would be a good idea. I would keep on calling and calling.
