Water Pump Removal

Okay so I'm part way through removing my water pump so I've removed the serpentine belt, the water pump pulley and all the bolts for the water pump except one. The last bolt appears to be behind the crank pulley, anyone know how to get at this or how to remove the crank pulley?
 


Remove the power steering pump. There are two bolts that you can't even really see that are accessed through a hole in the power steering pulley (one bolt on top, one bolt on bottom.) Take those two bolts out set power steering pump assembly off to side and take last water pump bolt out.
 
Thanks figured that out shortly after posting and got the new one on there. Where can I find the torque specs for the power steering pump bolts, 10mm/13mm water pump bolts and 10mm water pump puller bolts?
