water on passeger floor question

so am i understanding this correctly? you dont even need to buy a new part? you just take it apart and put that rubber piece back on from where it fell off of?

Just buy the new part its like $5. Then it wont leak again. Read the take 2 one.

well i got impatient and dove right in. like the write up said, i just "glued" it back on with some RTV. no new part needed!
thank you for the tip on the part 2 tho. if it fails again, im definitely doing that. it will be easier financially too since i wont have christmas approaching with 2 kids. (hopefully it lasts at least that long)

Dont forget to pull the drain nipple thats on teh firewall below the alt and clean the gunk out of it too.

check the evap drain. make sure its not clogged. wattter ont he pass side floor is a result of the drain being clogged.

make sure the sunroof drain isnt stopped if u have a sunroof. mine was and it flodded the floorboard
