water/meth injection kit. how good is it?

So I was browsing on Craigslist looking at some gtp for ****s and gigs. I came across a somewhat modded one that had a meth/water injection kit. I was wondering how good are those for our cars. I also own a 86 turbo Buick and I know in that community meth injection is used a lot. But I haven't heard of it it In wbody till now. So if my build is 3.4 pulley. Vs cam. Full exhaust. Tune. Smaller underdrive pulleys. Could I safely run the Meth kit with it? What does it really do for our cars in laymens terms
 
I've got it. Installed after I did FSIC, so couldn't tell big difference in temps. Maybe 20 hp gains or less is my guess. I figure it can't hurt.

I just want to know If it's safe to run on my build and how much more boost I could put down with it (if any)
 


I mounted holding tank in the trunk and pump in fender. Then put injector in the throttle body spacer. Little wiring and it's hidden and didn't cost much at all. Now it's time for 75 shot of NOS.
 
It works. A guy around here has it on his m62 cobalt. Swears by it. I've never used it, so no first hand experience, but I haven't heard of many problems with them.
