water/condensation in tailights

I changed my tail lights out with euro's after being annoyed by the water in the stock ones, i dumped about a quart of water out. After changing over to the euros they still condensate, any advice would be welcomed.

I have some gasket tape i can use but that might not work

I've heard drilling a vent hole keeps the condensation away. While I can't tell you if that specific method works, I can tell you this. Ever since I had to dyke a hole in my rubber dust covers on my headlights for my HID wires, they haven't been perfectly sealed. Along with this, they have yet to show any condensation over eight months later.

So, it would seem some small venting works.

I had a condensation problem on one of my front corners. I replaced the gasket and also put a little Vaseline between the gasket and the light for a cheap seal. No water yet.

and yea im having the same problem with one of my headlights... its really annoying

I had a tremendious amount of water between the plastic cover that is synomious with the "fog" and the actual red lense.
I just broke the clear plastic off and left the black plastic louvers in place.
You could try drilling a "small" hole in the bottom of the lense above the reflectors.

thanks a lot probably will work I didn't want to drill holes in my brand new Euro's but sounds like I have to.
