Took me a while to notice what you did. Looks very good. Nice and subtle. Hows the light output with those painted black like that? Our tails are kinda dim from the start.
 
not really my problem since they aren't for my car, but if i were to be doing this i would be putting LED bulbs in. that would take care of the light output problem and the problem of having a clear bulb.
 


yea i dont have tips...

and im getting LEDs for these, i think i came up with a good way to tint the reflectors like we talked about
 
ok so far i painted the bulb sockets matte black so it wouldnt stickout so much. i was looking at superbrightleds they have red bulbs for 17$ shipped.
 
If this was mine I would get those spider bulbs or whatever. They don't need to reflect off anything because they are so damn big haha.

this is what i was talking about. they have 5 'fingers' that spread out...

the reverse reflector is still there, so that is fine. the 194 in the corner will also need to be replaced with a red LED bulb as well (or standard if you'd want).
