Want new calipers, rotors, and pads, but...

I cant find anyone who can tell me what will fit and what wont!! Even the dealer. I am interested in red brake calipers, new preferably slotted or drilled rotors/discs, and of course, new pads. Looked at Brembo...only found rotors. I dont necessarily want to do an upgrade in size, but would like to get rid of the stock rotors that get that rust dust on them. I have 20" chrome rims and would like to just dress up the brake system a bit for a better look. Any info on this would be appreciated. Will the red calipers that come with the Comp G package....that I dont have on this car...fit the GTP supercharged?.....OH!! Mine is an 05. I live in a small town, and there is not a lot....okay none...of knowledgeable people around here when it comes to customization. Oh....also, are the red calipers for the Comp G powder coated? Okay...Im shutting up now. Thanx a bunch!

for the red: paint whatever calipers youre going to use or powdercoat them. it is that easy. all rotors are going to rust unless you paint them.

Look into the G2 or duplicolor brush on caliper kit. You can paint the calipers red yourself. As far as rotors and pads you can get a nice deal from r1 concepts.

I could swear by that G2 stuff, I got RED from stage3performance for $35. It holds up exceptionally well all winter driving in salt and sand. Its a pita to put it on. These calipers still look as good as the day i painted them. Duplicolor is like finger paint, don't waste your time.

I agree. I just redid my calipers with the G2 kit and it looks much better than the duplicolor kit. Plus it has a slight glossy finish to the paint which makes them look better.

Brake Performance

I ordered a set of rotors and pads from them a few months ago. The zinc coating holds up well to the chicago winter so far. as far as the calipers i used the duplicolor kit mostly because it was readily avaible. All in all they still look good 3 months later.
